So there will be no help from their side for this specific problem. Do you have already updated your graphic cards drivers? Maybe a clean new installation could help. Make sure to delete the game-folder first. Then try the default folder-path which might be something like /program files/deitygame/ or stuff like that. This could help prevent potential loading-problems.
